Every bullet includes tests that verify it works correctly. Evaluations run on a per-bullet basis—each bullet carries its own test suite that travels with it across registries and environments.

This self-evaluation model ensures quality is built-in rather than maintained separately. The bullet and its tests version together, making evaluation portable and preventing drift.
